As Minna is growing and launching in new markets we in the User Relations are looking to welcome talents home to our User Relations team. You will join us five talented, enthusiastic, caring and hungry family members, who help each other in the team to thrive at work every day. At Minna, we #bringlifetowork, and in our team that means that we all make sure to bring out the sunshine for each other on those rainy days. Everyone in our team is at the heart of Minnas operations, helping our happy end-users to cancel tricky subscriptions, switching an expensive subscription to a better one, and finding a new subscription. In our team everyone has ownership for specific areas, but we collaborate together to always succeed. The team is currently based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but the past year has shown us that magic can be done without being in the same office space which is why we have decided to continue our fantastic work in a more remote setting. We are expanding into Romania and are ongoing to set up a hub in Bucharest where this position will be placed.
How you will contribute
You will play an important role, enabling us to successfully handle incoming orders from users. Your absolute main focus will be to administer our order system where we handle subscription actions, such as cancellations. This includes for instance moving data within our platform from A to B, tagging and categorizing it. You would also be raising tickets to your team, User Relations, when our service providers have any questions. There will be an opportunity for you to help us register and set up new service providers into our systems. Over time this could also open up for you to do some research into new service providers and work with the service provider setup lifecycle.

- You have gained a couple years of experience from previous administrative roles

- You are looking to work from Romania administering and supporting our customers and user all over the world
