About the Role:
Hi! We are looking for a Senior UX designer to join our fast growing scale-up. This person will focus on establishing best practices for engaging our users and remove friction from the process of managing subscriptions. You will be part of the During Actions product team where you deploy end to end UI and UX design (doing research, liaising with stakeholders, conducting workshops, coming up with ideas and problem solving to flesh out solutions in design platforms) that drive awesome actions for the users of our platform.
You will also be part of our well respected Design & Research community, with others designers/product analysts working across the product teams. Minna operates business with a combination of virtual and in office options. This role would be primarily virtual with the opportunity to collaborate with other talents in Bucharest but also to visit our Gothenburg or London offices as needed.

Besides working in our dedicated product teams, we do many great things together as designers!
In the last 6 months we have:
- Built a research repository and a customer feedback system used by the entire company
- Tackled an integration challenge where we took the average integration timeline from 2+ months to 2 plus weeks!
- Done loads of usability testing, interviewed users and customers, and run multiple A/B tests, across 3 different continents
- Expanded our research toolbox to make it easier for us to quickly get user and customer input on our iterations.
- Applied service design to our internal sales processes to increase the value we bring in Minna.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who…
- Have 4+ years in UX and UI design. Can speak comfortably about many examples of how you solved problems using data in measurable and impactful ways.
- Loves the problem, not the solution.
- Considers themselves a well-rounded UX Designer with experience in research, synthesis, idea development, and design iteration. Confident with quantitative and qualitative research methods to identify challenges and evaluate concepts, including user metrics, usability testing, surveys and card sorting.
- Values sharing learnings from our research to the organization to make informed decisions.
- Is comfortable leading and facilitating workshops with both product teams (product, developers, designers) and directly with customers.
- Is an effective storyteller, who can communicate and collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and developers to give strong reasoning for design choices and to present, experiment and iterate multiple concepts with supporting evidence
- Appreciates agile methodologies & ways of working with fast-paced iterations where we re-evaluate our bets when new information comes in.
- Is adept using a variety of design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
