About the job!

As of today, we sell four different products that address effortless banking in the subscription economy. The deal size is around EUR 2-4 million (Annual SaaS-Licence) and the sales cycles between 12-18 months. 

As the VP Sales, you are the person responsible for the overall success, effectiveness and productivity of the growing sales force and their expansion to new markets. 

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will need to spend a lot of time at our wonderful HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden to begin with. 

Your goal! 

Building the most successful and thriving sales organization the world has seen! It will decrease the sales cycle substantially, increase revenue and enable growth in new and existing markets. We don't think we need to tell you how that will be achieved but we will contribute, collaborate, be ready for change and support you all the way.

Who we are looking for?

  • A "wizard" with a proven successful track record of scaling similar company's and international sales organizations multiple times.
  • A "change-driver" that not only shares experiences but is data-driven and implements change to create success.
  • A "coach" that creates a learning culture and set up the prerequisites for sales talents to develop and be successful.
  • A "door-opener" with extensive network within European retail banks. 

What you will do? 

Aligning the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in Sales strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.

Be accountable for accurate forecasting, clear communication to your sales teams and to leadership, and successfully managing sales activities and reports for your teams.

Create, cultivate and reward a culture of innovation, objectivity, purposeful contribution, and founder mindset within the organization.

Create strategic plans to generate a strong pipeline, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Review, adjust and manage objectives and goals for the sales teams based on key metrics that will ensure business strategy and revenue objectives are met.

Evaluate performance, processes and systems regularly making necessary adjustments to improve individual and overall team performance.

Collaborate well with other departments to address customer needs and create viable solutions.

Leads sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.
