About the job

We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition to help manage the full recruitment life cycle and build the Talent Acquisition strategy. We need your expertise, drive and creativity to help us secure excellent talent to help us on our International growth journey.

This is a very varied and fast paced role, it is ideal for someone who has broad recruitment experience across Tech and other experienced professional hires, either from a start-up or scaling tech business. We need someone that is a true Talent specialist, a recruiter first and foremost. Someone fast pace that thrives on change, growth and engagement at all levels on an international setting.

You must be a self-starter, used to working at pace without detailed guidelines of how to, have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with multiple international stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Ensure positive candidate experience
  • Ensure valuable onboarding experience
  • Train and support recruiting managers throughout the company 
  • Be data-driven and use metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Working with our People and Culture, build inclusive and brilliant employee experiences that engages employees to thrive and perform (including global people strategy).
  • Working with our COO, determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts that support the overall organizational development (including succession plans).

  • Documented success within talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in hyper-growth tech scale-ups.
  • A strategic mindset in combination with doer-mentality to solve problems. Fast.
  • Brilliant writing skills to create engaging, fun and sharp job descriptions. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable pushing back and saying no when appropriate.
  • A collaborative mindset. Still with high individual accountability.
