About the job

As Minna successfully grows its footprint in the UK, we are looking for a Pre-Sales individual with experience working with retail banks in sophisticated sales cycles.

The successful candidate will operate at early stages of the sales process alongside multiple talented Account Executives, and be able to guide and advise multi-stakeholder banking teams at early stages of the project cycle from initial technical engagement and scoping, through to handover to architecture and implementation teams, thereby securing outstanding complete delivery and ongoing high NPS scores.

Supporting a growing team of successful Account Executives, the role is integral to accelerating sales cycles through demonstrated professionalism and knowledge.

Bankside experience is vital, to be able to spot opportunities, buying trends, objectives and fulfilment chances. You will be able to demonstrate significant prior Pre-Sales success.

Within the role substantial attention and resource will be dedicated to client-specific work such as:

  •   information security
  •   compliance
  •   documentation
  •   data analysis 
  •   working to align clients during initial discussions with current product functionality 
  •   helping make the introduction and handover to Solution Architects and delivery teams.
  •  early-stage interaction with Product and Engineering teams

The ability to operate remotely but as part of a strong distributed team and take the initiative to resolve issues, are fundamental to our ongoing over-achievement and these elements should be natural within your character rather than cause concern.

What we are looking for

A talent who can support Account Executives regionally by deepening the wider relationship at an early stage.

Able to identify stakeholders, extend org charts and analyse where influence is held.

Establish trust with decision and non-decision-makers.

Able to travel at short notice and adapt to a different country's legislation and culture.

Confident operating remotely, conducting (where appropriate) solo meetings and workshops with banks.

A sales-oriented individual with multiple technical capabilities.

Familiar with sales methodologies, ideally Megadeals.

Able to spot opportunities, align with buying cycles and objective fulfilment chances.

Familiar with navigating within the world's largest banks - well-networked, robust connections within prospect banks - bank-side experience a bonus.


A strong presenter; confident as a publisher of articles, a thought-leader.

Less confined by set limits of a job role, prepared to adjust as situation demands.
