About the job

We are now looking for a technical Product Owner and Team Driver to our Engineering Success team. The team is an internal enablement team, meaning they help enable other teams at Minna with self-service development tooling, infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Their mission is nothing less than to pave the runway for Minna Unicorns to reach rainbow-speed. 

Some of the areas the team is responsible for are: 

  • Foundation for different architectural integration patterns
  • Self-service continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 compliance of the infrastructure
  • Systems for storing data and tracking metrics to better understand the Minna users
  • Best practices and tooling for common development tasks
  • Storage and infrastructure
  • Operations and monitoring
  • Localization pipeline

You will be the Product Owner and Team Driver for Engineering Success. In this two-sided position you are responsible for both the team’s performance and health, as well as making sure your products generate high value for your customers and Minna. 

In practice this means: 

  • As a Team Driver
    • Lead the team
    • Responsible for team’s overall performance and happiness/health through e.g making sure the team reaches the state of high-performance
    • Set OKRs together with the team and ensure you reach them
    • Make sure the team follows agile development and rituals
    • Continuously improve how your team is creating magic 
  • As a Product Owner
    • Set 2 year product vision and key metrics to work against
    • Break down product vision into roadmap
    • Prioritize backlog 
    • Always connect the team’s work to the why so it is crystal clear for team members what value they are creating
    • Deeply known the product and find improvements for it 
    • Help the experts (your team) to take good decisions on what should be done and not
