We are looking for The Product Operation Administrator who plays an essential role in enabling us to successfully handle incoming cancellations and supporting inquiries from end-users. The main focus of the product operation administrator will be to administer our cancellations in a timely and compliant way, ensuring that we are meeting our SLAs, while working within our order system to handle subscription actions, such as cancellations.

Role Scope

• Handle cancellations with efficiency

• Monitor cancellation status for Merchants

• Initiate different workflows for cancellations at each stage of a cancellation journey with merchants.

• Handle customer service towards end-users with a friendly tone in an efficient way via chat, email and other channels.

• Understand Minna’s Merchant Registry and the different classifications for merchants, services, categories, etc.

• Understand the terms of subscriptions.

• Pull information from our internal system to support Account Management, Sales, and other queries for action processing or merchant-level statuses.

Requirements 

• Fluent in English and comfortable working full-time in it

• At least 1-2 years of experience in previous administrative roles

• Appreciate routine tasks where you can follow clear instructions

• Keen to work in a fast-paced and technologically advanced environment

• Able to balance speed and quality
