Growth & Demand Generation Manager US
We’re looking for an experienced B2B Growth & Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of data-driven account-based marketing programmes that capture and nurture enterprise leads across multiple channels and deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience to drive revenue.
You’ll be responsible for Minna’s generating direct opportunities within the key targeted accounts, including identifying their needs and wants to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.This will include growth, demand generation and ABM strategy via multiple channels and tactics including SEM, email, retargeting, website optimisation, personalisation and targeted social advertising.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns and growth tests across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue and help influence and close enterprise deals with our key prospect account across three segments: subscription businesses, banks and fintech.

Our salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 depending on the experience and suitability of the candidate.
Fully remote US role with occasional travel to client meetings (travel expenses paid)
Job description
Leading our growth, demand generation and ABM strategy, planning, budgeting and execution to target named subscription businesses, banks and fintech and drive deal velocity and revenue growth
Designing, planning, managing and optimising integrated digital ABM campaigns and persona-based growth tests across multiple channels to generate pipeline and accelerate deals
Monitoring and reporting campaign performance and ROI with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
Creating impactful nurture and ABM programmes to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities and increase deal velocity
Working with the Director of Marketing and Sales team on granular tracking, reporting and efficient lead management in the handoff from Marketing to Sales
Managing external agencies and the growth and demand generation budget
What we’re looking for
A collaborative, transparent and positive team player, direct communicator and data-driven strategist who can lead and manage our growth, demand generation and ABM strategy, planning and execution
5+ years of B2B demand generation and ABM experience in a high-growth scale-up
Experience working for (or with) subscription-based businesses – preferred verticals are streaming media, software and gaming
Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of ABM, email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM and paid digital
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spending down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
Experience with data and martech tools such as Metadata.io and HubSpot (including Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations and CMS Hub), including creating and managing dashboards and reports, creating and sending emails, nurturing leads, creating and testing landing pages, segmenting contacts and companies and managing and analysing data on campaign performance, touchpoints, engagement and website performance
